Harold C Coe
Harold C. (Courtney) Coe founded Coe Builders, Inc. in 1977. As a family man and Texas native, Courtney understands the value of a job well done. Consistency and dedication to the quality of work produced is the driving force that has made this company a success. Repeat clients says a lot about a company's operating philosophy. Marcy Coe Deen
Marcy is the youngest daughter of owner Courtney Coe. She grew up in the business and developed a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of what drives its success. With a background in Human Development from the University of North Texas, she spent 15 years teaching elementary school before returning to Coe Builders in 2019. She also holds a degree in Interior Design and is now focused on helping grow Coe Builder, Inc. into a design-build firm while preserving the integrity and reputation of the family business.
